Shaina Levin, as it turns out, was one of the best decisions I made during one one of the biggest decisions I’ve ever made—to sell a home that I’d come to love and never thought I’d leave. Shaina demonstrated: 1) Strong negotiation skills: a) the final sale price brought the overall deal up to my asking price, and b) surprised by a disappointing low appraisal, Shaina worked long and hard to get this first number rejected and the “second” appraisal up to the agree upon sale price. 2) Neighborhood/market knowledge: one of the main reasons I chose Shaina was that she grew up at and then later made her own home in the same condominium and neighborhood that I called home. And she knows and loves and can sell the place and that part of Philadelphia like no other! 3) Always accessible and easy to reach: no question was too small and Shaina was always quick to respond.
